Uncover our story

Who we are

Datalise is a quality auditing company specialized in the logistics sector.

Our role is simple: verify every shipment and every charge — independently, transparently — and turn invoices into decision-grade insight

Our foundation is built on three pillars

Professional Expertise – years of proven, human-led auditing at scale.

Purpose-Built Application – a dedicated audit engine designed for logistics and AI-assisted.

Tailored Rules – client-specific logic for maximum precision and flexibility.

How we work

At Datalise, operations are centered on precision auditing of invoices and shipment databases

Our model pairs a dedicated personal auditor with a purpose-built, AI-assisted audit engine.

Every shipment is reviewed line-by-line and from a dual-perspective:

invoices measured against contractual agreements and internal records measured against operational reality.

This approach ensures both financial integrity and operational accuracy, giving clients confidence that every shipment has been checked without exception.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to give organizations trustworthy freight auditing — precise, compliant and explained — so leaders can act with confidence.

our technology

At Datalise, our technology is a purpose-built application developed specifically for quality auditing in logistics.

The platform combines automation and AI-assisted modules to manage the growing complexity of freight auditing — from invoice extraction to rate validation and exception detection.

Human expertise & AI-assisted technology — automation accelerates the process, but professional auditors remain fully responsible for the outcomes.

At its foundation stands a dedicated audit engine, supported by modular add-ons - from AI-assisted validation and analytics to a historical shipment database, ERP/billing integration, CO2 reporting and secure, version-controlled audit trails.

This makes the Datalise platform more than a system — it is an extension of the auditor’s expertise.

A Deep Dive

Built from the Ground Up

Datalise was born at the intersection where logistics operations, finance and contract compliance meet.

Our founder’s journey began on the front lines — from driving and ground handling to customs clearance and executive financial management. We didn't learn about logistics from a textbook; we learned it on the docks and in the ledger.

Datalise was created to solve the systemic data issues that plague the market, ensuring every shipment is audited, every invoice is validated, every leakage prevented and every hidden cost is recovered.

We bridge the gap between the warehouse floor and the balance sheet. We transform chaotic freight data into a single, undeniable source of truth, giving our clients the clarity they need to scale with confidence.

To us, accountability and integrity isn't a marketing slogan—it’s our baseline.

Why it matters

Freight billing is one of the few cost areas where small, repeated mismatches add up fast — especially when the invoice, contract terms, and operational shipment data don’t fully align. Public sources consistently describe this as a persistent “leakage” risk.

How often is it wrong?

There isn’t a single universal benchmark, but across trade and industry sources the share of invoices with at least one error is commonly discussed in the ~10% to ~25%+ range — with higher rates tied to complex charge structures.

Why speed matters?

Finding an issue isn’t the same as getting money back. Time-to-detect directly affects recoverability, because dispute windows close and collection success falls as claims age. In a government post-payment audit dataset, uncollected overcharges were <10% when lag was under ~400 days, but rose to >25% at ~600–799 days and ~35% at ≥800 days—a strong, defensible illustration of why speed is financially material.

Precision at Scale

We’ve developed our own systems and methods to support companies in the logistics sector. Our auditing process blends structured precision with tailored flexibility to ensure invoices and shipment data reflect operational reality:

The Foundation

  • Expert-Led Auditing: Real professionals who are experienced in audit and logistics.

  • Purpose-Built Tech: Validates freight invoices and shipment records against contracts, rate sheets, and client-defined rules—producing traceable, dispute-ready outputs and decision-grade analytics.

  • Tailored Logic: No two businesses are the same. We build custom rules and methods for every client we support.

The Systems and Methods

  • Dual-Stream Validation: Cross-references invoices against internal shipment data to identify discrepancies and exceptions for review.

  • 10/17 Framework: A rigorous 10-stage audit framework and 17 specialized algorithms across all stages designed to handle the most complex freight scenarios.

  • Traffic-Light Outcomes: Every shipment/charge is classified into clear action categories for prioritization and consistency.

  • Evidence-First Traceability: Every exception is documented with supporting references and a structured audit trail.

  • Onboarding & Calibration: We map your contracts, lanes, vendors, and internal data into a repeatable audit model before scaling.

  • Rate & Rule Governance: Pricing logic is controlled by effective dates, versioning, and tolerances—so results are repeatable and auditable.

A Message from our Founder

Logistics is the backbone of the modern economy, yet it remains one of the most complex systems to manage. My career has taken me from the tarmac of airport ground handling and customs clearance to the intricacies of quality auditing and financial management. That journey taught me a hard truth: operational gaps and financial inconsistencies almost always evolve into significant risks.

At Datalise, we believe that freight data and invoice control is about more than just "checking boxes." It requires a deep understanding of what happened on the ground, what was agreed upon in the contract, and what the finance team can actually defend.

I founded Datalise to bridge this gap— combining real-world logistics experience with financial and auditing expertise through a purpose-built platform designed specifically for the freight industry – will bring a strong financial and operational control that leads to stability.

We’re here to bring clarity back to your operations through evidence-based auditing that doesn't just find errors, but provides results your team can actually use.

Core Service

Invoice & Database Auditing

The foundation of every audit engagement — a validation process of shipment data and charges conducted through a dual-stream method that cross-checks external invoice data against internal operational records. This ensures that every charge aligns with contractual, operational and rate-based parameters.

Every audit can be performed in two distinct modes

Pre-Audit (before payment): verifying invoices prior to release to prevent overcharges.

Post-Audit (after payment): identifying recoverable discrepancies and credit opportunities.

Every audit includes

Onboarding & calibration: rule design and mapping to your contracts, vendors, lanes and internal data.

Professional oversight: qualified auditors review findings so results are accurate and defensible.

Traffic‑light results: clear indicators for prioritization and action.

Evidence & traceability: every flag is linked to supporting documents, rate rows and rule logic.

Claim‑enabling outputs: structured exception lists with supporting references to enable vendor/carrier claims.
